Todo mundo ama um bom omelete, não é mesmo? Olha como é fácil fazer esse para o seu jantar de hoje:
- 5 ovos;
- 1/2 xícara (chá) leite;
- 1 colher (sopa) farinha de trigo;
- 1 colher (chá) fermento em pó;
- 2 colheres (sopa) cebola ralada;
- 1 dente de alho amassado;
- azeite;
- 1 calabresa picada;
- 1/2 lata de milho verde;
- 2 colheres (sopa) queijo parmesão ralado;
- sal a gosto;
- pimenta-do-reino a gosto;
- salsinha a gosto.
Bata bem os ovos com o sal, a pimenta e a salsinha. Depois dissolva a farinha de trigo no leite, e coloque nos ovos batidos, adicionando o fermento por último. Unte uma forma com margarina e coloque uma parte dos ovos batidos, o recheio e o restante dos ovos. Por fim, polvilhe com parmesão e leve ao forno pré-aquecido por uns 30 minutos. O recheio pode ser variado, presunto e queijo, legumes, ou o que desejar. Vai ficar uma delícia! .
