odo mundo gosta de comer um docinho depois do almoço, não é?! Olha que fácil esse Mousse de Limão Siciliano:
- 1 lata de leite condensado; - 1 lata de creme de leite sem soro;
- 100 ml de suco de limão siciliano, puro, sem água;
- Raspas de limão para decorar (opcional). .
Modo de preparo:
Misture o leite condensado e o creme de leite no liquidificador durante 3 minutos, e aos poucos vá acrescentando o suco de limão siciliano. Após esse processo, coloque a mistura em um refratário grande ou em porções individuais e leve para gelar durante, no mínimo, três horas. Para finalizar, decore o prato com fatias e/ou raspas de limão e sirva geladinho.
