- 100g de iogurte natural; - 4 bananas nanicas médias; - 2 ovos - 1 xícara de farinha de trigo - 1 xícara de açúcar - 4 colheres (sopa) de óleo - 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó - Açúcar e canela para polvilhar
Comece amassando duas bananas e adicione o iogurte, os ovos, a farinha, açúcar, o óleo e o fermento, misture tudo com um batedor ou colher. Coloque a mistura em uma forma untada e enfarinhada.
