200g de bacon cortado em cubinhos; 1 cebola média picada; 2 dentes de alho picados; 3 cenouras médias raladas no ralo grosso; 1/2 xícara de ervilha; 3 ovos; 300g de farinha de mandioca; 3 colheres (sopa) de salsinha (ou coentro) picada; 2 colheres (sopa) de cebolinha picada.
